Overall only so-so, however the new manager is a big improvement

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The manager at the time (fall 2006) that I moved in was rude and not very helpful. By replacing her, the owner of the complex has made a step in the right direction.
The grounds are well maintained and the current management seems to adress issues in a timely manner.
