We have been at this complex for 10 years. Untill the past year or so, we have been very pleased. The rent started at a little over $500. The location was nice. The apartments have always been very run-down; poor water accomodations and A/C units far to small to properly cool the apartments. Because we only use this apartment for part-time living arrangements, the shabbiness has been tolerated. However, since new management, we have found the office is unable to make wise literate decisions and is poorly operated. The lack of competency is totally unnacceptable. There is no consistency. Renters are treated very poorly. Ignorance is not to be tolerated in todays' society. Please, look elsewhere. Our lease will be up in a few months. I regret ever signing the precious lease. Be warned---the office will burn you every time.
