Ghetto!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The first week we were there the Heat went out. We were freezing all night. So much for their 24 hour availabilty for maintenance. The following summer, the ac went out three times! They did respond rather quickly these times, but there is nothing more discouraging than working all day and coming home to a hot environment.
