okay for the money

The water gets high when it rains. You might have to walk through a puddle to get to your front door and track mud in but the entryway is tile so it's pretty easy to clean. The smoke detectors are electric so you don't have to worry about batteries....
The interior doors look nice but are hollow and thin. The outer door is steel which is a definite plus.
