I have lived here for over a year and am happy to call Parktown home. Anytime I have had a problem, the office staff has been helpful. My kids go by the office everyday for cookies, and they love the girls in the office. Parktown might be older but it is well kept and nice. It is better than living in an apartment with 8 kids running around upstairs from you ! ! ! I have read the other reviews, and disagree with what they say, I think they had to have had other issues and wanted to leave.
