I was sick the whole time I lived here. There is mold in the walls, there is asbestos in the ceiling and nothing ever gets fixed. The office staff is rude and unprofessional and they let anyone in to rent here. You would think that for the cost of the place (1,000 for a 3bdr) they would screen your neighbors better. I felt like I was living in the ghetto!

Did you live in Parktown I or II? We have been thinking about moving their - it does seem that II is not as well maintained as I.
