we lived here a year. i was constantly calling maintenance and it took days for them to get there and still not fix the problems. It took like 15 minutes for the water to get hot which shows on your water bill, the water was a dark orange color which i complained about not only to the office but to cooperate and nothing was ever done about it. our patio stayed nasty and muddy because of trees that needed triming which were hanging on electrical wires. the neighbors had 3 very large dogs that barked day and night and busted out their window and when i told the office nothing was ever done about it. It was the worse experience in my whole life. Please check it out before renting. the power bills for a 3 bedroom apartment in the summer stayed in the high 300's to the low 400's for about 4 to 5 months FYI. all the pipes need to be replace, windows did not lock, scarey place
