Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
When I first moved in a year and half ago, the place was nice. It's not the worst yet, and I'd still recommend it, but I wouldn't sign more than a 6 month as to not get stuck here for too long. These last couple of months have really changed my opinion of the place though. Large groups of teenagers stand in the lots at all hours of the night/morning. The people across from my apartment stole the stepping stones for their own private use. During heavy rains, those stone were useful. I even took them back one heavy rain and told them that these weren't theirs, the next day they were stolen again.
Prices are kinda high though. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
