Where to start.. Office is not organized. Example My husband and myself would pay our rent either a week before or at the latest the day of. 3 different months we recieved eviction notices because they said they hadn't recieved payment. They asked us for the check number and after we told them the info the just apologized and that was it. I was 5 months pregnant with twins the first time they *misinformed* me! I was FURIOUS! Office is not understanding. Example After I had my twins they stayed in the hospital it was November 17th they came home after a month in NICU and november 19-21st they decided to work on our roof from 7a.m.-2p.m. My already tramutized kids had to endure this while my husband who was working nights an the time became infuriated. While pieces of roof came through our restroom and kitchen this was unacceptable. We had no roof damage or leaks they just decided to redo our entire roofing. We asked for a discount on our already HIGH rent and they refused. We asked if they could provide us with a hotel for the time being and they refused. Forget about even trying to get to your car when it rains even the tinest bit of rain will cause CrAzY flooding! After you've lived there for a good 3 or 4 months they like to just start adding crazy charges to your utilities provided by Parktown. For ex. we get charged for gas and Hot Water'' How does that make sense. I really don't like to be one of the crazy bad reviews but honestly I just don't see how I could recommend anyone to live here.
