A Very Dissapointed Renter - We have been at this complex for 10 years. Untill the past year or so, we have been very pleased. The rent started at a little over $500. The location was nice. The apartments have always been very run-down; poor water accomodations and A/C units far to small to properly cool the apartments. Good service The girls in the front office are really nice to the residents. They listen to every comment, complain... etc from the residents. The maintenance is great and if you get a problem in the middle of the night they'll go fix it, GREAT RESIDENT CARE!..

DO NOT RENT HERE- BIG MISTAKE What ever you do, don't rent here. They tell you one thing and do another. DO NOT TALK TO YOUR NEIGHBORS. They are two faced. They will say everything is okay and then write you up. If you get "written up" 3 times..you are out.

This place SUCKS!!!!!! This place was an absolute nightmare to live in. It is fine, until you report a problem with the apartment. Than you're treated like dirt!! If you're related to the manager, then you can pretty much do what you want to. If not, be very careful to follow

POOR MANAGEMENT If you are not related to the manager then you can forget it. Very poor management. Is not friendly to the renters children. Very rude and will allow offenders to move in if you know her personally. This place could be better under different management. THIS PLACE SUCKS!
