This is a low income property, and the people who live here definitely fit that profile. If you have children, I would be doubly cautious as some of the children living here could use a large dose of discipline. The management does not seem to care about the residents concerns about the problem children, instead they try to railroad the parents of the children who DO behave properly.

Just use caution, and make sure your children have minds of their own and won't follow the crowd!

i dont think that what this person is true at all. My boyfriend lives in Bergstrom Arms apartments, and every time that i have gone over there the people have been more than friendly to me. And to everyone else. I dont think that anything that the person said is accurate. Of course the children run around and make noise, but hey what else do kids do, they arent going to sit inside and knit! Bergstrom Arms is a low income community, but the people arent low.

I used to always go to those apartments and i always have a good time. I like everybody who lives there and The kids are great they are really funny and they do cool activities and they always stick together. The kids there are like one BIG HAPPY FAMILY.
