Nice , but not worth the price

I've only lived in the Arbors for about 3 months and so far I have not had any major complaints. I must say though that when I first saw my apartment I was very disapointed. It's extremely small but very expensive. I pay $689 a month, excluding water, electricity, prett ymuch everything. For the most part the area of the complex that I live in is pretty peaceful except for the usual cars peeling out and loud music around 3 in the morning every day. I like to think that I keep my apartment pretty tidy but for some strange reason I've ben having crickets for quite some time now. I'm talking huge crickets and I have no clue how they get in. Another thing that kind of bothered me is that they advertise a computer lab and a weight room. The weight room has like 3 machines in there and they're always being used. The "computer lab consists of 2 computers and a printer. Since the majority of their tenants are college students (being so close to UNT) you would think they had more computers for students to use. Not only that but they're supposed to close at 11pm and they always kick me out around 10:30pm! I guess I'm making a big deal out of it since I spend all my money on rent and I need access to a computer when I have to work on a paper all night. Another thing is that they have these stray cats that get into all the trash when you leave it out for "curb side pick-up". Maybe someone should give them the number to Animal Control. The staff is friendly and helpful and for the most part the Arbors is pretty peaceful when you're a heavy sleeper! But I dont think you get anywhere near what you pay for and I have the chepest rent. I guess if you have the money, go for it and if you'd rather get your moneys worth keep looking, Denton has several choices especially near campus (UNT). Also be prepared to pay the $360 deposit plus rent one month in advance, mine was a total of $1,050 before I moved in. So not worth the price!
