I lived here for a year, and it is quite possibly the worst place I have ever lived in. The property manager is horendous and cold. The safety is terrible (a large, male non-resident knocked on my door and threatened me, yet the "courtesy officer" wouldn't even respond to my call). Parking is a mess, even WITH a permit. The construction is so shotty that electric bills are sky high and something new falls apart almost weekly. They're very biased to the residents who they prefer, and it almost seems as though they go out of their way to make the ones whom they don't like miserable. It's located smack in the middle of a spanish ghetto, and the security gates are broken daily, so you have absolutely no protection from the outside. It's a disaster. In fact, the only thing close to security is that it seems like they keep trying to build a moat in front of the place. At least, that's what the 4 inch mud puddle throughout the complex looks like whenever it rains. The only bright side is that the maintenance guy is really nice. But other than that, the entire place is just out to get money. I strongly discourage anybody from leasing with this place. You WILL regret it.
