I have lived here for seven months now and it is a fair place to live. I am a working professional and not a student but work for UNT. Living closeby is a plus. The staff could definately be more friendly. Someone said previously that the courtesy officer wouldn't respond to a threat made against him. The courtesy officer is just for courtesy purposes and minor security issues. Do you expect one guy to go to a potentially dangerous situation...call 911 if you're that worried about it. The maintenance is pretty good but the noise levels could improve. My electric bill is the cheapest ever here and I have lived in quite a few places in this town! The rent is pricey but so is all of Denton apartment rentals. The cost of living in a college town. Overall, it is fair. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
