I have lived here for one month and have had no problems.

I saw some bad reviews on this site, but I leased anyway and have no regrets.

It's expensive, but it's the closest nice apartment to UNT. You get what you pay for.

Don't let these other reviews scare you off. It looks nice when you drive by and it is.

You get a reserved covered parking spot and a washer/dryer in each apt. The visitor parking could be a problem, but just have them park in your carport and you can park anywhere else inside the gates that's not covered with your parking sticker.
