Do not live at the Arbors. They are cheaply made with high rent. Nothing ever works and you definitely do not get what you pay for. The office manager is very rude and unhelpful with any type of problem one might have regarding the apartments. the gates are always broke especially when you are trying to get out from being inside, then they simply dont open. Fines are issued for practically anything you can and cannot think of. The only nice thing about this place is the pool which is well kept by the maintence man.
