Nice Apartments, Bad Management

Me and my roomate were very excited to move into these apartments! The apartments are nice size, the grounds are pretty, they are close to North Texas, and they are reasonably priced. However, upon moving, we discovered all the girls in the office were nice except for the head manager. She runs the place like a jail and has no sympathy or compassion for the residents what so ever. I had been told by quite a few people that she was difficult to deal with and the main reason many people leave, however i was sure i could make it a better situation and wanted to try because i loved the apartments themselves. I like them enough to stay here inspite of the manager, however if you have difficulty dealing with rude, insensitive, ice cold people, i wouldnt even bother stopping by.
