Rent varies by what floor you live on. Small pets allowed. Gated community. Pool and a business center too. Washer and dryer in the apt.

The nice thing that I liked about this place was that both of the bedrooms are about the same size- there is no 1 master room. Not many problems that I have run into- a few annoyances though. We were supposed to get new blinds- been here since Aug. and still don?t have them. We were having a problem with our dryer and it took a few times to fix. Maintanance is real good with leaving notices when they?ve been. Staff is real friendly but have encountered one staff memeber who is clueless about stuff going on. We?ve had a few problems with this girl but are fine with everyone else.

The only reason I am having to leave is because my roommate is leaving and the one bedroom here is pricey.
