So so...depends on what you want.

Well, there is good and bad about this place. I'll start with the bad...unless you're into partying into the late hours, you will not like this place. There are about 1-4 loud parties every weekend...even some weekdays. I think the residents are all alcoholics and it seems you need a 24 pack just to come into the gate, which is a common sight around here. TABC is even making frequent visits if that further tells you anything.
The walls/floors/ceilings really could have been better insulated as they are really thin. I can hear garbage disposals being run, vacuums, loud enough TVs...the list goes on. Hopefully you have cool neighbors, otherwise, you will rarely get adequate sleep.
The parking is a nightmare! Remember those parties' Well, everyone must park inside the gate...I don't think any towing goes on or if it does, maybe they're on the take! Speaking of inside the gate, that's if it works, though it doesn't help that they get crashed into all the time...even the card reader that opens up the gate got crashed into once...no doubt by some drunken idiot! Remember, to live here, you must be an alcoholic.
And, the office staff (esp the manager) is not the most helpful. They're apathetic at best and hostile at worst. But, they do like to try and entice you with gimicks, which really doesn't work if the customer service is lacking.
Now, on to the good stuff. The grounds are kept pretty clean which is a feat with all the alcoholics leaving their beer cans/bottles all over the place. The maintenance guy seems to work his ass off and is fairly nice but a bit cynical (who of us aren't though).
The apartments, though poorly insulated, seem to be energy efficient and fairly nice. They have a decent pool and fitness center (which no one seems to know what the hours are).
I don't think I have ever felt unsafe here though some shroud of darkness (apart from the absence of light) seems to fall of this place at night...think it goes back to the alcoholics. Just practice common sense if you move here.
Close proximity to the UNT campus is definately a huge plus for a student with a bus stop right on the property. That is pretty cool in my opinion!
Overall, I think the bad outweighs the good to a small degree. I think it's 51% (bad) to 49% (good). Your money is prolly better spent somewhere else.
