ok, but management sucks

After living in the dorms I was glad to get into an apartment. The grounds are pretty safe, except for on friday and saturday nights I am always woken up by our neighbors that enjoy throwing things either at our door or camping right outside of it.
The office crew is kinda worthless as well, if you go in there to ask a question you have to wait for them to finish their personal phone calls on their cell phone before they will help you, and more often that not they will just talk to you while talking on their cell and look aggravated that you interrupted them.
Also, if something is not in the lease, don't believe it. They say that your pet deposit will take care of anything that your pet does (it won't you have to pay for the damage...and i guess they keep the deposit plus the fee, which equals $400)
They also like to do sneaky things like close on January 1 and 2 and then charge you a late fee when you try to pay on the 3rd because their offices weren't open (i was told we were supposed to know to slip it under the door...sorry, i thought this place was run by professsionals)
Now after a late rent, I paid everything that was on the bill, they have suddenly come up with 30 extra dollars I didn't pay, yet a week ago they told me my bill was paid in full, and it's the middle of the month.
The place isn't bad, it's clean and the grounds are nice and no one has stolen my car, however I really just want to strangle all of the management and my neighbors who can't be quiet at 6am on a sunday. (i must live next to another poster who wrote the same thing)
