Terrible parking, they tow everyone, horrible management, there is a huge swamp next to building 7 that is always full of trash, old tires, molding dirty water, dead animals, and it's occupied by an army of aggressive mosquitos almost year round. The maintenance man is CREAPY, the gate is always broken...ALWAYS...they fine you for everything and LIE to you about how much things will cost. Don't even think about getting your deposit back..ha ha.The appliances are really cheap, the rooms are really small, the management is really bad.Also, their rates are rediculous, $720 for 1 bedroom, no bills paid! You would be better off living naked in a forest setting your clothes on fire for warmth and eating your text books for sustance.
