Arbors At Denton

I lived in the Arbors for a year and it was perfectly fine. I was willing to sacrifice a few things (higher prices, lack of parking, over-watering) to live closer to campus. The area is not nearly as ghetto as most in Denton, and the complex is full of other college-aged students.

The office staff is fine if you pay rent on time and don't whine often, but beware of the manager, Shannon, if she is still around. That girl is not of this earth and will hunt you down for the smallest penny. I would say that she was a large contributor to my move out...that and my roommate ;)

Otherwise, if you are student at UNT and like being in a fun, college-type environment, the Arbors is a good place to check out. Live anywhere but in the front few buildings and you won't feel a lack of safety, and don't park on the street or you're asking for it! And I must say, the electricity bill was a steal compared to most others...and that helps a lot! Go maintenance staff! They were very helpful. Happy hunting :)
