Just moved in and can't wait to get out

Where to start. Only good thing I can say is they hired a new maintenance guy who is extremely nice and trying his best to clean up the mess the last guy left. Now, my oven was not working when I moved in. Took them many complaints and two months for them to take care of the problem. Weather stripping was bad on the back door. Again, two months later they had it fixed. The big issue was after my first two months when the Managment staff tried to raise my rent because of their mistake. Trying to "fix" all information showing what rate I was in contract for so they would win. Luckily I had the original information and was able to prove my point to an attorney, which resulted in my rent staying at what my lease was for. What a hassle! And they had the nerve to tell me, "we will do this favor for you." Please. They legally had to keep my rent what my lease stated. Horrible place. Too many issues that are never resolved. Looks good on the outside but once you are inside it's all down hill. I've never seen a security guard on site, which I was told we had one living here. And I have had to call the police at all hours of the night to complain about the parties going on during the week and weekends. Save your money and go somewhere cheaper. It is NOT worth the overpriced and tiny apt. you will get.
