Do not live at the Arbors. If you do choose to live here, get COPIES of everything you sign. They changed our lease price WITHOUT telling us. We signed our pre-lease in May and when we came to move in in August the price next to our signature had mysteriously gone up thirty dollars. So, we shell out thirty extra dollars a month because they changed the price next to our signatures. They don't offer copies unless you ask, so GET THEM. Don't trust them to send it "over the summer". They didn't send us crap. It is always hard to find parking at night, the gate is always broken, and the office staff is completely worthless. They treat you like an idiot. Nothing ever gets fixed.

Also, the A/C sucks. There is at least a 10 degree difference in temperatures between my room and my roommate's room. Of course, the office staff has promised to fix it for about 3 months now. Have they' no.

Our water bill for our 3 bedroom apartment is over a ridiculous $55 a month. Other people who live at the Arbors are paying $1-$2 a month.

The management here is horribly corrupt, mean, and completely unhelpful.

Do not live here unless you are prepared to pay stupid fees and learn how to resist yelling at teenage office staff.
