Arbors At Denton

Don't let these other reviews fool you: the Arbors is not that bad. These are all just whiny college kids. I've been at the Arbors for 2 years (I'm not staff!) and, for the most part, have enjoyed it. The apartment is great: comes with a washer and dryer, is spacious, huge walk-in closet, ice maker in the freezer, and cable/internet ready. You have an assigned, covered parking space, meaning you park close to your apartment no matter what time you get home. Yes the staff is young but they are all very friendly and take care of their residents. The maintenance guys are friendly and hard working and will get to each need as soon as they can. Perhaps most importantly I feel completely safe. The whole complex is well lit and the limited access gates provide security (even though the front one doesn't always work). My car has never been broken into and I've never seen any shady people around. All of my neighbors are friendly and mostly clean. My only complaint is the noise. Being a university complex there are frequent parties that get horribly loud until early morning and the walls are quite thin. Oh, one other complaint is the pet deposit is $400. Other than that I am very happy with the Arbors.
