dont let other reviews scare you away. I almost got scared away a few years ago on here, but I am glad that I lived here. I have been here 2 and half years and have no complaints. I got lucky because I live in a quiet building, and have never been awakened by noise or neighbors. some other buildings seem like they might be loud, not mine though. Very clean and safe place to live, i took the bus to school most days which cut down on gas $$ and time. the only issue we had was our washing machine stopped working, I called them in the morning, and that afternoon we had a brand new one. the service guys do a great job and keep the place looking nice. the front desk people are young, but they are always nice and get things done, people on here complain about everything, but let me tell you the arbors is a great place to stay as long as you dont throw crazy partys.

if i had one complaint, it would be that parking could be improved, it got much better this year because they started towing everyone without a pass. each apartment has one covered spot(if you have a roommate, that is where the searching comes in) other people bring friends over and take up the spots, but like i say that problem has gotten much better.

it is kinda pricey for me, but is on par with many other apartments in denton, and of course you pay for the convenience of being a few blocks from UNT. as far as bugs, never saw one, they go around a few times a year and spray or something, (not sure what they do, but it works) the place is kept very clean by maintenance, it only gets messy around move in day in august, but i guess thats expected. the pool is nice and always clean, and it has a nice court for b-ball.

overall, i am very glad i stayed at the arbors, good people work there, and they will go out of the way to help you, trust me, don't believe the other winey college kids on here (im not staff) i just felt like writing this because i have been very happy with my apartment while in school.

i will def miss the arbors!

This was probably written by one of the staff that live hear. 4/5 construction? 5/5 for grounds? There are no grounds to speak of. And the place would be sturdier if it were built with legos. 4/5 parking is the funniest since there is absolutely no visitor parking.
