I've been living here for almost a year now and how nothing but a few, small annoyances with the place. I've had wonderful experiences with the staff in the office. The girl that I signed my lease with still remembers my name. I've only had a few maintenance requests but, when I had them, they came and took care of them in a timely manner. The maintenance guy is very friendly as well.

Parking can become limited if your roommate already got the covered spot and you're coming in kind of late. I usually get the covered spot though so parking problems have been rare for me.

The gate system is kind of dumb and probably my biggest dislike. The card keys you are given to get into the front gate and gate next to the office don't always work. And I don't know why they don't but I wish they would put the card access on the 'exit' gate as well. It rarely stayed closed to begin with but now it's actually been fixed for over a month now and I wish it wasn't :-p.

A couple of my neighbors have recently begun to play their bass a bit too loud but that's not a problem really with the complex. It'd probably be audible in any complex it's so loud sometimes. It's not just really thin walls. I rarely hear more than footsteps from the upstairs apartment.

They are pretty pet friendly and even provide waste clean-up bags and recepticles for them. Sometimes it takes them a couple weeks to refill the bags but at least they have them most of the time.

I agree with what one other person said about them watering the complex too much. There is always a muddy mess in front of the sidewalk near my building. They could use a few more conveniently placed sidewalks as well.

All-in-all though, I've greatly enjoyed living here and have signed a lease for another year already. I think some people just find too many small problems to complain about.
