After renewing my lease for a specific room number, the Arbors 'conveniently' decided they were going to make me move out of my current bedroom into a room not designated by the lease I signed AT MY OWN EXPENSE. I even got lawyers to look at the lease to see why they were making me move when my new lease says specifially which bedroom I am to be in. Basically, tennants have no rights. The apartment can move you out whenever they want,and they can change the terms of the lease when they want. And this was just the tip of the iceburg. NEVER MOVE HERE! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE! They will screw you over no matter what the lease says, because in reality, it doesn't mean anything since the owners can change anything at their discression.
Oh, and even though this is a gated community, we have had multiple cars broken into, and crime watches posted.
