I recently moved out of the arbors. I called to make sure I did not owe them any money. They assured me that my balance was zero. They then called me a few days ago to inform me that since my rent was late I would be charged a late fee for every day it was late. When I asked why they didn't notify me after the first week they claimed they had only just noticed it in their system. The next day a friend of mine who lives in the same building called me to tell me I had a late rent notice on my door, dated to the start of the month. So they stuck the note on the door of an apartment I had already moved out of and waited several weeks to call me. I don't believe they lied, they staff are mostly just borderline retarded.
