When we first moved in, the tops of the cabinets were all scrapped up, the blinds looked like they had been there for years, and I mean years, and the refridgerator was broken along the bottom of the inside door. The stove had a burner that didn't have the correct cover and none of the door knobs in the apartment matched, not to mention they had tape resin left over from when they covered the door knobs with tape to paint. The outside screens had holes in them, and under the sink whre you put your supplies was all rotted and warped. I mean if we could have seen our apartment before we moved in we wouldn't have moved in there. The maintnance is good the parking is bad. The floor or the tile in the kitchen under the refridgorater is coming up, mind you it's just two of us with a five month old baby and we're hardly at home and all ready our home looks as if we've lived there for years. Not to mention it takes a long time to get hot water in the kitchen.
