I just moved here from the dreaded Campus Square. My move in process went smoothly, except that management forgot to give me parking stickers and my car almost got towed. I haven't seen any evidence of blatant criminal activity, or load fights, domestic abuse, or whatever. But, that doesn't mean there isn't any.

The apartments are conveinently located (IMO), management is very nice and accomodating, the maintenance guy is cool but not terribly thorough (my locks and doors all got fixed but I'm still waiting on some other minor repairs).

I've seen a few scattered bugs here and there in my apartment, but I've come to except this sort of scattered bug encounter as part of living in North Texas.
