I moved into my apartment last August. Having experienced the noise apartments in other places, I feel lucky that I am having such nice and quiet neighbors at least around the apartment unit I live. The management and maintenance staffs are also very nice. It s a mixed neighborhood. There was a small incident happened to me: one night I forgot to lock the door, the next morning I found someone got into my car. I am a man living alone so safety is not big concern. Overall I think it is good for the price you pay.
