I've lived here now for 6 months and overall the parking, maintenance, and manager all were very good to me. However the neighborhood had a few ppl i kept my close eye on, and this dog that lives below me barks all hours of the night and I really hate that dog. Most will say this neighborhood is ghetto, but really ive only seen a few fights, heard a few gunshots, but I have seen the cops about a million times. Anytime I come home late there would be some creechy person walking by trying to bum money or cigarettes, but just say no and they will leave u alone. Overall this neighborhood isn't the safest, but all i ever got stolen was a football i left in the back of my truck like a dumbass. Theres alot of wangstas living around here but their all fake, if they were in oak cliff theyd all get punked.
