It is true, the old manager was lazy and rude. I have lived here since last July and have experienced the old management and the new. However, new ownership and management have really got this place turned around. The new management has been working really hard, everything has been repainted and looks super nice. As far as maintenance goes, I had got locked out of my apartment on saturday morning and the manager drove forty minutes to let me in. I was impressed to say the least. I live in a one bedroom, and it is a very nice town home style apartment. I really love the fact that they have a washer and dryer in them, that comes in so handy. The only downfall is the train, but its not that bad, I got used to it quickly and no longer bothers me. I would recommend this to anyone!
