Ive lived here for three years and have enjoyed most of the time here. The management is pretty great and the pool is very nice. Maintenance is creepily prompt. I found one of them waiting on my doorstep for me in the time it took me to return from the office to say something needed fixing. The only problem I've ever encountered really is the fact that its located between the RBar and the frat houses so there is a tendancy for there to be loud idiots walking through at two in the morning. I bought a fan to drown out the noise while I sleep. I'm moving only because they don't allow pets.
