To conduct scientific experiments on exotic algae growing with in our pools. In their advertisement they claim to have 3 sparkling pools, 24 hour fitness center, and a new Attitude. For starters our 3 sparkling pools are a very nice shade of green with what looks like an experiment on algae go wrong. Like I said earlier if you are a Marine biologist looking for a job you might think the algae is great but for those of us that just like to go to the pool and chill might not like it so much. It has been like this for about two weeks now. Let me tell you about the great paint job they have been doing on these apartments for almost two months now. When I first saw the paint I thought that our apartments where being deployed to Iraq to aid in peace keeping efforts. I kid you not we have splotches of light green, dark green and sand color all around our apartment. I also do not understand how all the local gyms stay in business with such fine facilities at this place. They could sell memberships for this gym for about $150 a month. Well, if you could not tell I was exaggerating we have one treadmill which is stuck on incline of 8 which is great if you are training for cross country meets. Another bonus is that they put so much chlorine in the indoor hot tub that it burns your eyes while your trying to run up a Mount Fuji. Too top off my overall great experience at Sunburst is the friendly staff and the work horses for the maintenance team. One example our AC was out and it was about 100 degrees out side. So I called the office an ask for it to be fixed make a long story short three days later it still was not fixed. I went to the office and ask to see a copy of the work order and of course they could not find it. So she went to go fill one out and it seemed as though she had no clue how to do it. She said it has been taking so long because their maintenance crew has been extremely busy. But every day I went to get my mail the hard working maintenance crew were tossing around the pig skin like they were going to try out for the cowboys. I could go on and on about all the luxuries but I am getting tired. But I will mention one more thing is that none of my window stay up and once you get them up it takes about ten minutes to put them back down. We also have cracks around our window thick enough to fit about the width of six quarters stacked on top of each other. I will leave you all with my average electricity bill for a 540 square foot apartment $110. Did I mention they are greatly insulated.
