the worst Apartment Services I have never lived

Sunburst II is the poorest Customer Services I have never seen. The people who are working over are so not friendly and don't keep their word.
I'd like to continue my lease, and the first time they said they will give me 200$ discount. Next day, they won't give me any discount and they said they did not say it eventhrough I have it on writing.
No wonder Everyone tried to move out and this Apartment complex has a whole lot of rooms that availble.
Poor Customer services.
They never smile to customers and always narrowmainded, don't cooperated at all.
I have never late for the rental fee.
