Customer Service Could Use Some Work

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The leasing staff was very kind before I signed my lease but the experience went completely downhill from there. They threatened to evict me within the first 3 days of living there because their was something wrong with their internet system and they kept saying my money didnt go through. They continued to threaten eviction even after I had the bank send them a notice on letter head that the money had been removed from my account and their had to be a problem with their system. Obviously, this was not the best way to begin a relationship and this is just one example of a 6 month nightmare.
