I guess I'm lucky that I haven't had major problems, like the other reviews. However, when I moved in, my phone line didn't work and I called them repeatedly to fix the problem. A maintenance guy finally showed up two weeks later, then said that they didn't generally fix this sort of problem, since the problem was inside the apartment and part of the wiring. They refused to fix the phone line, so I had to pay Verizon $150 to fix it myself. I was unable to get cable at the complex, because the company doesn't let Charter have service at the complex, so my only option for any sort of TV was to pay for a satellite. And like another user said, you can't even get local networks, like ABC and Fox.
My friend also had a problem when she came to visit. She visits often and always parks in visitor parking. Well, her car was towed and the company that Sendera has regulate the parking is in Dallas. I complained, and they said they could do nothing about it; that it wasn't their fault. The pools are also not clean, they are full of green algae.
I would almost recommend Place to Be over this complex. At least I had less problems with maintenance.
