Sendera Del Sol or now Camino Del Sol... man i agree with so many of these people who do not like them... when i first moved in, my air did not work, it was alot cooler outside then it was inside! i was moving up three flights of stairs and it was a nightmare, when i filled out the checklist before i moved in they said that they would get to this the next business day which was monday... i refused to sleep there with no air, well monday came around and still i had no air, a month later i called them again they said that i never put in a request to have it fixed. so they said that they would get it done the next day, two weeks later still nothing, so i called them again and then they said that they were going in prioty order! hello i have been here almost two months and still no air it took me yelling at them to get them to do this the next day! among very high electric bills, because even though the thermostat said it was 60 degrees in my apt. it felt 100! and my electric bill was outragous! the fan in the living room the screw was off one of the blades so if i turned it off i was afraid it was going to fly off! i had major wasp problems they were coming in through my vents and they sent an exterminator to spray the outside of the bldg but that didn't cure the problem of the wasps coming through my vents...i had the same problem with them trying to evict me after a week of being there because the computer didn't take the move in special... i would not recommend this complex to anyone! they have very nice places but i wouldn't renew my lease for as much trouble as i have gone through....
