Do not rent here. There are better places and nicer management for your dollar.

I have been a resident here for over three years. Last year new management took over and changed the name to: Camino Del Sol.

Since new management we have been treated rudely by current staff and especially management. The general manager "H" has made my wife and I feel like we are an inconvenience when ever we attempt to make maintenance requests. Recently, H simply barked from her back office without even getting up to greet me or give me the professional courtesy I return to them.

For three months the irrigation sprinkler sprayed inside my back window. Each week I would bring this to the attention of H and she would simply pass the buck to the landscapers, never once offering any gesture for our inconvenience, and never take the initiative to fix the problem.

The rent has increased significantly due to outer cosmetic renovations yet the apartment interiors have not been updated. A dog park has been added but that does not justify raising the rent to all residence. Especially non-pet owners.

The laundry facility is substandard and rarely kept clean. Most machines never produce hot water, only cold. I have been using a laundry facility of the premise since new management.

The new high rent and bad personalities of the general manager make this complex an bad place to be. Don t be fooled by the nice office assistance, and they are nice, but H makes all the (bad/rude) decisions.

Do not rent here! There are better places and nicer management for your dollar!
