I have lived here since July of 2006. When I first moved here they had dumpsters throughout the apartment complex. They replaced these dumpsters with "curbside pickup." We basically get two days a week from 6am to 5pm on Monday and Thursday to throw away our trash. If you throw it out before then or after that then you get a $25 charge per bag--even if you keep it on your patio until the next dump day. You do have the option of going putting your trash in your car to throw it away in the trash compactor at the other end of the apartment complex. The staff cannot help you. Their response is usually "this is what corporate told us to do." I have had fees for all sorts of things like one wal-mart bag of trash on my patio ($25) over the weekend then come Monday I got a $50 charge for a "partial payment" because I paid my rent and failed to pay the trash charge that had just happened a few days prior.

They are fast to fix things in your apartment if you need it fixed. On the flip side, it sometimes feels like they are always in your apartment because they are very proactive to fix things that you did not even asked to be fixed. However, since I have lived here there has been an area on the sidewalk that constantly floods whether it is raining or if it is the sprinkler and you cannot walk in that area without getting mud on your feet or pants. This has never been fixed. I am more than excited to be moving out very soon.
