I've been living here since June of 06 and I love it. The place is well kept, bc I walk my dog 3 times a day, and almost every morning I see a member of the maintinance team circling the apt and picking up little stuff. Pets are allowed and almost every resident here owns one, and the complex is kept clean with no smells of dog poop or anything! Maintinace is WONDERFUL! I've lived in 3 other apartments and this by far has the FASTEST response in getting things fixed! If not the same day then the next day, they are there! I read another post where someone stated that maintinace didn't speak English, THAT IS BULL! They have a small accent but they DO speak English and I've been able to communicate with them and they do a good job at GETTING THE JOB DONE. Im a female student and I feel SAFE here! It is well lit. I've experienced everything from late payment(which they give you until the third to pay), getting towed(my fault for not parking my dad's truck in visitor), fiance locking key in apt (they worked with me and verified that it's ok before just allowing him in), and I LOVE THIS PLACE, bc everything was reasonable and justified. There is a guy in the front office by the name of WILL who is extremely nice and helpful, but I'm not sure if he still works up there. There is also a very sweet girl named Natalie who works in the front office and she has been extremely helpful and on point, everytime I make a request or need something, she gets it done! Oh and the water bill here is great, 16-20 bucks a month!

Maintainance has always been fine, but i was wondering if anyone had foundation problems?? My building has been sinking and we noticed cracks in our walls this past May. Our doors dont close and our floor is now slanted. They had to fix our front door 3 times cause we couldn't even lock it. My rooommate had to leave the door unlock before she went to work cause it was too early to call them. Someone could just walk in and steal our stuff. Oh and our electric bill has slowly climed to almost $250. But the apartments excuse is that we have vaulted cielings, not the fact that we have cracks all around our windows and doors where air is constantly escaping and we keep our thermostat at 80 degrees. I pay way too much in rent to have foundation problems and they wont give us any compensation. Also i think they lied about the biudling sinking because we found areas where they tried to paint over the cracks and they have reopened again. And we had to reseal all our windows when we first moved in in jan, meaning there were probably problems with the foundation for almost a year. They tried to take the cheap way out and just paint over them when really they need to lift the building. Horrible place and bad service. I have never lived in a place where they refuse to give you compensation for faulty property. Dont ever live here
