These apartments are well kept, quiet and reasonably priced. I live in a one bed one bath and pay 565 a month (although it's about to go up to 575) which is one of the better prices for a safe, clean place in town. I am a female college student living alone and have never felt unsafe here. There's also a UNT bus stop in front of the complex which is great. Parking can be tricky for residents in certain areas and the way they do the trash pick up is kind of annoying (only one dumpster, you have 2 days a week that you can leave your trash at designated spots and they'll pick it up), but those are the only two things I would complain about. I'm not too picky about upgrades as long everything works fine, but if you're into that stuff you might want to look somewhere else (it's not bad, just from the 80s). I've only had 2 things I needed maintenance on and both times they've come out and fixed it the same day. For some reason it seems hard to get a good place at a decent price in Denton but this is it!
