I havent been a resident at the chaparral apartments but read on because i would like to add that i dont think prospective residents should loose all hope in these apartments and i have friends who live there and would agree with me. From the outside these apartments dont look like anything special but I have toured them and they are not nearly as horrid as the other reviews make them sound. they have new wood floors and carpets which looked very nice for a reasonable price with all bills paid (in some apts) and are walking distance to unt.
as for the prositutes, drug dealers and out of control minorities that are spoken of in the other reviews i have my doubts. These apartments are literally seconds from where i live now which are quite decent so i highly doubt the crime rate quadruples 50 yards away.
If there are mice talking to you in your sleep and the apartments are not fixing the problem etc. you report them because they have to meet certain health standards. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
