okay i live in these apartments and they are not the best place to live, but not the worst. We live in the part that was burned down and that they had to rebuild. My apartment looks better than a lot of others who live there. the good thing about these apartments is the ALL BILLS PAID. honestly that is the best deal about them. Someone mentioned rats and roaches, well they ain't EVEN LYING.
i don't understand how one of the reviewers could have things to say about these apartments and they have never lived there. don't have an opinion about something you know nothing about.
i'm not going to live here next semester b/c i want to live somewhere a little nicer.
Oh yeah Chaparral Apartments are somewhat ghetto. The police are always at my apartments just chilling. i don't know if this makes me feel safe or if i should be scared. i think the people who live in the back do drugs.
