In response to your review, there is a professional exterminating company on the property Monday of each week, while the extermination will work, the tenant is repsonsible for the overall cleanliness of their apartment which will prevent reinfestation. Tenants must keep their apartments free of open food, trash and debris in order to have a roach free living situation. I am unaware that ANY tenant has been forced to live without air conditioning, when we are notified of air conditioning issues we address these on a priority level, in addition, we often provide tenants with a portable air conditioning system if it is necessary to order a part to repair the current system. Management wonders why you would not say anything when you came to the office or provide written notice as required in your lease of problems with mold or other maintenance issues. It seems strange that you would keep silent for six months on this issue as you are acquainted with office staff both on a personal and professional level and are frequently in the office. There is no documentation that your system has been broken for six months. Eviction is a LAST result for tenants who are behind on their rental payments, we make every attempt to make a payment plan with our tenants to allow then to catch up. If the tenant fails to make the scheduled payments or the scheduled payment amounts then of course the account will have additional charges including late charges charges for electricity and other applicable charges. After researching your account it appears that you have made less than the required payments and not followed through with your payment plans. Tenants who have given written notice that they will be moving may receive an eviction notice 1) if their account is past due 2) if they have failed to make scheduled payments etc. Prior to your recent payment you had not made a rental payment since the 15th of August the funds that are due. It is out experience that there is little chance that a tenant who is behind on their rent and has already secured a new apartment will pay the past due balance. Your past due balance is much higher than could be deducted from a security deposit on file. Your other accusations are unfounded and I suspect "sour grapes" as you were unhappy with the office staff when we refused to provide false information to your new landlord about your payment history and tenancy with us, and informed you that you were not making the required payments. We purchased these buildings a little over a year ago and our proud of the improvements we have made in regard to safety, living standards and tenant base. I hope that anyone reading this will take into account the facts and realize that this person is obviously angry because they are being evicted for non-payment of rent and have chosen to use this format as a way to "get back" at us making this whole website impossible for people to get an accurate opinion because the only people who seem to post ratings are those who are unhappy for reasons they themselves caused.
