I lived in Coronado North Apartments for two years. To be direct, maintenance has "sticky fingers". I lived alone. I did not give my key to anyone, and I never had trouble with break-ins. Things came up missing from my apartment, and there was no explanation for how else they could have been taken. This left me feeling very violated and intruded upon. If you are searching for an apartment in the Denton area where you feel safe and secure, do not choose Coronado North. It's not intruders from around town that you have to worry about here, but the people you should be able to trust are those you need to look out for.
