I've enjoyed living at Coronado North very much. Any maintenance issues are taken care of very promptly and the office staff follows up with a courtesy phone call to insure you're satisfied. The complex is very quiet, which is really great. The buildings are old, so there's some extra floor creaking from the upper floors, but I've gotten used to it. My neighbors have lived there for years, which tells me alot, too!

They never call you to see if everything was fixed, and they never fixed my A/C after 4 workorders

I currently live at C.North, and I have enjoyed it. All of the bad reviews seem to come from shady and/or dirty individuals. Most of the residents are quiet and keep to themselves, and almost every building has at least one pet owner. My apartment has great shade, so I haven't had really high electric bills. When I moved in, my oven was broken. They replaced it with a brand new one within a week. My carpet was pretty old, but they waived part of my pet deposit which tickled me pink. In life you get back what you put into things. I am always really nice to our managment and maitenance staff, and in return I have been well-taken care of. My biggest problem? I might need to move from the one bedroom to a two bedroom because I have so much stuff! -Shannon S
