I currently live at C.North, and I have enjoyed it.
I've lived and rented in Denton for five years now. Because there are two large universities, it can be impossible to find a reasonably priced one bedroom apartment. I searched for months. Most one bedrooms cost at least $700-800, depending on their proximitiy to UNT and I35. C. North rented for less than $600 WITH a discount for UNT and/DISD employees-- SWEEEEEET!

All of the bad reviews seem to come from shady and/or dirty individuals. Most of the residents are quiet and keep to themselves, and almost every building has at least one pet owner. My apartment has great shade, so I haven't had really high electric bills. When I moved in, my oven was broken. They replaced it with a brand new one within a week. My carpet was pretty old, but they waived part of my pet deposit which tickled me pink. In life you get back what you put into things. I am always really nice to our managment and maitenance staff, and in return I have been well-taken care of. My biggest problem' I might need to move from the one bedroom to a two bedroom because I have so much stuff! -Shannon S

That is why some of the reviews have been posted. For two years I was very nice and they to be kinda friends with the management, soon as moving day hits they try to get every dime they can out of you.

I am not a shady or dirty individual. I am a teacher in Dallas, have been to school and do things for my community. Thanks for being so judgemental Shannon S. I hope you see now why your post is meaningless.
